Plug in Ear

Plug in Ear – To introduce or remind something to someone with the expectation that they will remember what you told them in the future. Usually this is done to let someone know that you are interested in something that they will be making a decision on at a future date. “I put a PLUG IN HIS EAR yesterday so that he’ll ask me more about our services when he drafts his RFP later this month.”
