Deep dive – to embark upon a thorough investigation. A deep dive usually entails the careful examination of a large amount of data.

 “Our chargeback numbers in merchandise disputes are through the roof, we need to do a DEEP DIVE into the top 15 to 20 cases to see if there’s a trend.”
